The evening was opened by Lisa Blake, Chair of the Corporation Board, and featured a keynote address from Pam Donnelly, Chief Executive of Colchester Council, titled “A College for our City.” Her speech praised the college’s role in developing a skilled local workforce and supporting economic growth and community wellbeing.

Principal and Chief Executive Alison Andreas highlighted the college’s milestones, including:

  • A positive Ofsted outcome.
  • Record student and apprenticeship numbers.
